DoBetterHelp acts strictly as a placement assistance service. We explicitly DO NOT guarantee employment, job offers, or interviews. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the prospective employers. Paying for our services does not secure a job.
DoBetterHelp is NOT an immigration law firm, nor are we licensed legal representatives or immigration consultants. We do not provide legal advice, guarantee visa sponsorships, or process work permits for the USA or Canada. Securing legal authorization to work is entirely the responsibility of the client and the hiring employer.
All fees must be paid upfront as outlined in our pricing plans. Due to the labor-intensive nature of application processing and employer outreach, all sales are final. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund once the outreach process has commenced.
You may not use our platform for fraudulent applications. All website content, proprietary methods, and materials shared with you remain the intellectual property of DoBetterHelp.
DoBetterHelp is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. We may interact with third-party job boards and employer portals, over which we have no control regarding their terms or data handling.
